Ramya is a freshman in Homestead High School. She has been learning Bharatanatyam from Guru Vishal Ramani for over 9 years and performed her Arangetram in July 2008.
Since then she has been performing solo in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as in India in Jamshedpur, Chennai.
She has specially performed for many Sabhas at the Chennai Music and Dance Festival. She hopes to continue this art form and strive to reach greater heights.
